We all know that Samurai produces some of the greatest denim in the world. When we first ordered this Chino in a brown twill, we were hoping it would be just as chunky and hardy as the denim...and it was. That made us want to snag it in the Otokgi denim for SS24. They seem to only produce one or two pairs of this Chino every year, and we're at the mercy of the fabric they select. To tell the truth, we kind of like it better that way. It helps with the decision fatigue. They are relatively light in terms of some of the denim that has been arriving from Samurai lately, but for a chino...they're still very substantial. The selvedge is packed full of neppy texture and includes their iconic blue/silver Lamé ticker. It also features a small, signature coin pocket to go with it's classic chino detailing. For lovers of truly wide fits, this is probably the widest you'll ever see from Samurai.

Fit Notes: Tommy is wearing a size 33 in the pictures. With this being a the wide fit, the leg opening was big enough for the look he wanted without having to size up to a 34 in the waist. With something this roomy in the leg, you only have to get the waist right in our opinion! Tommy is 5'10,' 163lbs with a 32-33" waist.
